My experience of booking with Expedia couldn't be worse. The hotel provided bogus and non-promised services and all Expedia has to say was, "they can't do anything at all"!!

Be prepared for LOTS of followup and a long wait. Expedia will attempt to give you 12% cruise cashback (honestly the ONLY reason I use Expedia) on the LOWEST cost of the inside cabin on the cruise you book, even if you paid for a balcony or suite, which is often $1000 more and over $100 larger cashback. Your receipt is right there on their website, but you will need to use TCB's customer service to ask Expedia to adjust the amount to correctly reflect what you paid, and this will add months of delay to your receiving the cashback. Since you are often waiting months to complete the cruise (you cannot be paid until you complete it), it is easy to forget to do this.

Expedia is typically quick in recognizing a transaction through TopCashback, but I have had several high value hotel reservations that later have been declined any payout for no obvious reasons.

Expedia robbed me of $155. I booked cabins on a cruise in two separate bookings. At first, they reported the wrong rebate amount (about 2/3) of what I was due. Then they declined them both. Top Cashback fought for me. They manage to get one of the two paid, but the other ultimately was declined. If one was paid, they both should have been as they were identical. On top of that, Expedia messed up our booking and we ended up on two completely different parts of the ship, when the cabins were supposed to be on the same deck and same side. I will NEVER use Expedia again. NEVER.

Chose Expedia because it said up to 12% cash back. Bought two tickets, ddint use one and did not ask for a refund, expedia cuts my purchase price in 1/2. $1100 in airfaire purchased $2.50 cash back. 12$ would have been $132

I accessed the Expedia website using my TopCashBack account. Yet my purchase was not recorded. I suspect it is due to the design of their website, which redirects customers to a new tab when making a purchase. Simply unacceptable.

Expedia is slow to pay out. That is especially true on larger hotel reservation payments. I understand that the time runs only after the trip was completed, but then it still often takes more than the published 10 week period. Claims are also often kept in "pending" state and few only get moved to "confirmed" date.
