Always denies claims
We have stayed at the Embassy Suites (Hilton) several times and always followed the TopCashBack procedures to ensure our reservations were tracked. However, every time we have to submit a missing cashback claim, and Embassy Suites (Hilton) always denies the claims no matter what. Sad.
