	Normally love Ebay, but this time merchant canceled 1vof 4 on a buy 3 get one free deal, then refunded less than I paid, and Ebay won't fix. And, to add insult, it's been weeks and weeks and still no cash back.

	i much prefer ordering from small vendors on this site than other mammoth sites. I find better prices and when there's an issue usually good return services. And they clearly detail what is and what is not returnable.
