The Disney World Vacation Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by TopCashback, 201 West Passaic Street, Rochelle Park, NJ 07662 USA. (“Sponsor”) and subject to the terms described herein (“Official Rules”).

1. Eligibility:
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who have a valid social security or tax ID number and are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of TopCashback, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouses, parents, children and siblings) and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, state and local laws, rules and regulations. Void where prohibited. 2. Sponsor:
The Giveaway prize is funded and provided by TopCashback, located at 201 West Passaic Street, Rochelle Park, NJ 07662 USA. This giveaway is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Walt Disney Company.

3. Agreement to Official Rules:
Participation in the Giveaway constitutes the entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

4. Giveaway Period:
The Giveaway begins on July 15, 2024 at 6 a.m. PT and ends on July 21, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. PT (the "Giveaway Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.

5. How to Enter:
To enter the Giveaway, visit https://www.topcashback.com/blog/disney-world-vacation-giveaway/ during the Giveaway Period and follow the instructions to complete and submit the entry form. Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address for the duration of the giveaway period, regardless of method of entry. Entries received from any person and email address in excess of the stated limitation will be void. Entrant will have to sign in to their TopCashback account to access the online entry form. If Entrants are not existing members of TopCashback, Entrants may join TopCashback for free at https://www.topcashback.com/. Entries generated by script macro or other automated means or by any means that subverts the entry process will be void. All entries become the property of Sponsor. Entries in excess of the stated limitation will be void. Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for lost, late, damaged, delayed, destroyed, misdirected, inaccurate, stolen, false, incomplete or garbed entries. Such entries are void and will not be accepted. Entry must be in keeping with Sponsor’s image & not be offensive or inappropriate, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Entry must not defame or violate or infringe upon the rights of any person or entity. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry and remove any post that it determines, in its sole discretion, is not in compliance with these Official Rules. By participating in this giveaway, the member agrees to Gleam’s terms and conditions and privacy policy. Information inputted in the Gleam widget may be used (this includes but is not limited to) to track the contest entry and/or fraudulent activity. 6. Prize Drawing:
On or about July 22, 2024, the Sponsor will select one (1) potential winner in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. The odds of being selected depend on the number of entries received. The Sponsor will attempt to notify the winner via email from winners@topcashback.com within 3 days of the prize draw close date. The email will be sent to the winner’s TopCashback.com registered email address. If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required time period, or the prize is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner forfeits the prize. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, the Sponsor will award the prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. Please allow up to 7 days to receive the $5,000 prize deposited into the winner's TopCashback account, unless otherwise specified. Potential Winner will be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility / liability / publicity release (“Release”) and other documents (including any applicable tax forms).

7. Prize:
The winner will receive $5,000 to spend on a Disney World vacation. This prize money can be used to purchase the following: four (4) nights hotel accommodations at a Walt Disney Resort, two (2) 5-day Park Hopper Plus tickets to Disney World and two (2) 5-day Disney Dining Plan tickets. Approximate retail value of the prize is $5,000. Prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. Airfare is not included in the Giveaway prize. All other expenses not specifically mentioned herein are solely the winner’s responsibility. Prize delivery method and transfer date is at sole discretion of Sponsor. Winner understands that there are inherent risks involved in travel and that these risks may be present before, during and after the trip. Released Parties are not responsible for changes in schedule of any element of the prize or for any expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation or delay. Released Parties are not responsible and will have no liability if Winner and/or guest is for any reason not permitted to travel by the relevant airport authorities or misses a flight or other travel element. Any unclaimed and/or unused prize element will remain the property of Sponsor. Winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes as well as all costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided. Winner is not permitted to transfer or substitute prize. TopCashback with a signed IRS Form W-9 before any prize will be awarded, upon request. Winner will have income reported to them on an IRS Form 1099 for the ARV of the prize if the ARV exceeds six hundred U.S. dollars ($600), as required under IRS rules and a copy of said form will be sent to the IRS. Winner must contact their tax advisor for any questions concerning taxes.

8. Publicity:
By participating in the Giveaway, any Entrant in the Giveaway, irrevocably grants the Sponsor and their respective successors, assigns and licensees, the right to use such Entrant’s comments on Sponsor’s giveaway posts, name, username, likeness, biographical information in any and all media for any purpose, including without limitation, commercial, advertising and promotional purposes as well as in, on or in connection with the Giveaway or other promotions, and hereby release the Sponsor from any liability with respect thereto, unless prohibited by law.

9. General Conditions:
In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Giveaway is impaired in any way, the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, either: (a) suspend the Giveaway to address the impairment and then resume the Giveaway in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; or (b) terminate the Giveaway and, in the event of termination, award the prize at random from among the eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of the impairment. The Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to damage the website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages (including attorneys' fees) and any other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Failure by the Sponsor to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

10. Release and Limitations of Liability:
By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, other companies associated with the Giveaway, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, representatives and agents (the "Released Parties") from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of the prize, including, but not limited to: (a) any technical errors associated with the Giveaway; (b) unauthorized human intervention in the Giveaway; (c) mechanical, network, electronic, computer, human, printing or typographical errors; (d) any other errors or problems in connection with the Giveaway, including, without limitation, errors that may occur in the administration of the Giveaway, the announcement of the winner, the cancellation or postponement of the event, if applicable, or in any Giveaway-related materials; or (e) injury, death, losses or damages of any kind, to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, receipt, or misuse of the prize (including any travel or activity related thereto). Entrant further agrees that in any cause of action, the Released Parties' liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Giveaway, and in no event shall the entrant be entitled to receive attorneys' fees. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Giveaway. Entrant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct or indirect damages.

11. Disputes:
Except where prohibited, each entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in New Jersey. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrant's rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Giveaway, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of New Jersey, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules, which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than New Jersey.

12. Privacy:
Information collected from entrants is subject to the Sponsor's privacy policy.

13. Winner List:
To request the name of the winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to TopCashback USA, at 201 West Passaic Street, Rochelle Park, NJ 07662 USA. Winner List requests will only be accepted after the end of the Giveaway Period and no later than July 21, 2024.

14. Mandatory Social Media Disclosure:
The Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with any social media platform. The information Entrants provide will only be used for administering the specific Giveaway and for marketing purposes in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy, located at https://www.topcashback.com/privacy/.
