12 Days of Cash Back Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. This prize draw is open to all TopCashback.com members aged 18 or older, except employees of TopCashback (USA) Inc and their families or anyone else associated with the competition.

2. Details of how to enter form part of the terms and conditions. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and the competitor agrees to abide by these rules. The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

3. No purchase necessary.

4. Making a purchase does not increase your chances of winning.

5. Entrants must answer the question on the blog to enter to win the prize.

6. Entrants may only win once within the 12-day period. 

7. Prizes will be deposited into the members' TopCashback accounts.

8. The winners will be notified via email from winners@topcashback.com within 24 hours of the prize draw close date. The email will be sent to the winners' TopCashback.com registered email addresses.

9. Entries are limited to one per TopCashback member, per competition.

10. Entrants need to be in good standing and a member of TopCashback.com to enter and win.

11. The winner may be required to participate in post-promotion publicity such as supplying quotes for press releases, blogs, etc.

12. Events may occur that render the competition itself or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of TopCashback.com and accordingly, TopCashback.com may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to TopCashback.com as a result thereof.

14. Please allow up to 7 days to receive the prize deposited into your TopCashback account, unless otherwise specified.

15. The prize is provided by TopCashback.

16. The winners will be chosen at random.

17. This giveaway is open to TopCashback members who live in the United States and is subject to federal, state and local laws and regulations.

By participating in this giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless TopCashback and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, other companies associated with the giveaway, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, representatives and agents (the Released Parties) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the giveaway or receipt or use of the prize.
