Doheny's never honors the stated cashback
I am never able to collect cashback from Doheney's. It is the only retailer that I have problems with. Of the two orders that I have placed with them, both were declined and each cashback earning was sizeable, around $15. I follow the same procedure as with the other retailers that I shop. They never state the reject reason, and always refer to the standard procedure which I follow. I feel they should be removed from the retailer list!

Disappointed
I ordered a heater and filter (sale was over $3,000). They arrived as expected, no problem there. However, the value of my order automatically qualified me for free shipping ($9.99 value). The free shipping promo was also listed on TCB as an included coupon/promo. Unfortunately, this still disqualified me from the 7% cashback I was owed (over $200) and Doheny's refused to honor the deal citing that another promo had been applied... Even though I was unable to opt-out of the free shipping promo they applied to my order AND it was included on TopCashback as an included promo/coupon. I'm very disappointed with Doheny's. I did appreciate that TopCashback was very responsive to me and they made efforts to try to resolve this.
