Bought 4 tires last few months, and been trying to get cashback for months, submmited claim , got declined. That is unacceptable because I met all the requirement and did not received cash back, The Discount Tire declined cash back for no reason.
Please just delete this store from Topcashback, save the next potential victim.

Prepaid for tires, clicked through, got the tracking, installed them. But tracked as Paid at 0.00 cash back. Filed missing claim. And they replied back saying already paid at 0.00.
Looks like other posts recently have the same experience. Buyer beware. They are not honoring the cash back.

Discount Tire denies cashback
I opened a ticket and discount tire confirmed the purchase but would not credit the cashback. They did not state why they denied the cashback. Topcashback should remove this merchant as multiple users are having this issue.

Discount Tire won't payout cashback
I ordered a set of 4 tires during their Black Friday sale Nov 2023. The purchase was tracked without issue. Discount Tire denied payment of my cashback (+$35) as they claim my purchase was not commissionable. I used the TopCashBack link and put the tires into my cart and paid all within the same visit and followed their T&C's without fail. They will still not payout the cashback. While they have great service on tires, using them for any cashback is an exercise of futility. Don't waste your time.

Clicked through TopCashback spent $1,000+, made a claim however Discount Tire declined my claim as they cannot trace - not my issue.

Denied cashback.
I'm pretty careful about following the procedures - clearing out the cache, clicking the link, immediately using the window to complete the purchase etc. And TopCashBack registered my click-thru. But Discount Tire denied the cashback on the basis of "another marketing channel". I suppose there's a small possibility of user error on my part, but as I said I understand how the process works on a technical level and am very careful.
Since the process of an online order then involves visiting a retail location for pickup and installation were the order is completed, it seems there is plenty of opportunity to modify the affiliate tracking on the order - intentionally or not. I don't have any evidence to support this - just speculation of one possible reason for the failure of the process.

Buying tires could not be any easier! Discount Tire Direct has a good selection of brands and you barely click the order button and the tires are delivered to your door. Not my first purchase with them and certainly won’t be my last.

Always have problems with it. Transactions show up twice, and the second transaction shows up as 2x the purchase price. Something is wrong with it. Also the cashback amount often tracks incorrectly.
