	Probably 60-80% of Purchases Now Require TopCashBack Help I've had a ton of Dell Outlet purchases over my many years of being on TopCashback. The vast majority of them had been perfect with only a few requiring me to open missing Cashback claims. However, it seems like recently Dell updated the Outlet website and probably 80% of my purchases have required me to open support requests since the purchase doesn't track...and those take months to look into (some as long as 8 months). Great experience when the purchases track...but they've really got to fix whatever it is that's wrong.

	Not to be trusted. They conveniently lost the referral tracking to 2 large orders. Be prepared to be disappointed.

	I'm very disappointed that the Dell Outlet was not able to recognize the transaction that I had using Top Cashback on its partner site. I purchased a laptop of more than $600 in cost and hopeful that I would receive a rebate. But when I had the transaction researched, it was Discovered that Dell Outlet couldn't find my transaction. I intentionally was very careful to use the Top Cash Back because I would have received approximately $50 for the purchase. My suggestion is to have some sort of tracker in place that I can use to prove that I actually used your site to make my purchase.
