This was my first experience with Crate & Barrel, and they were the best. I had multiple orders for several consecutive weeks, and needed to talk with customer service twice. They are sharp, on the job, and fast - also no questions asked. And did I mention friendly? My products arrived "super" well-packaged. I am a customer for life.
