(Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) goal-setting technique when planning your resolutions,” she advised. “Make sure you create goals that are measurable within a specific time frame—example: save $1,000 by March 2023—along with a reasonable action plan to meet them.”

Now that the holidays are over, there might be a gift or two you’d like to return. But there are ways to make the process easier on yourself.
Speaking with KX News in North Dakota, Rebecca recommended staying organized and paying close attention to the store’s return policies and deadlines. She also said that the best times to make in-person returns are early morning and weeknight evenings.

TheStreet reached out to Rebecca after a recent TopCashback survey determined that 54% of Americans will hold off on shopping for non-essential items in early 2023.
“Taking a shopping hiatus can be a great place to start, especially if you’re recovering from holiday debt,” she said.
