This one is for all our loyal members here on TopCashback.com! We're interested in improving the overall experience we provide with our Gift Cards. And to do that, we need your feedback.

Tell us, do you think we offer a good variety of gift card options? How important is the Cash Back rate when purchasing a gift card? What would motivate you to buy gift cards from us more frequently?

You can use your rewards or simply just buy the gift card itself and that’S a whole gift In one. You wanna be able to use the credits to buy gift cards to keep from expiring too soon.

A: I don't purchase gift cards on TopCashBack, so i'm not sure if there is a good variety of gift card options. I primarily use TopCashBack to earn cash back.

Q: How important is the Cash Back rate when purchasing a gift card? What would motivate you to buy gift cards from us more frequently?
A: For me, the Cash Back rate is extremely important. I have purchased gift cards from other platforms and will only buy them if the cash back/Discount exceeds the cash back or benefits offered by my credit card (currently 3% Cash back, extended warranty, ability to dispute charge if issues with quality or delivery of goods or services). It also has to be enough cash back to be worth my time since i'd have to go through the process of purchasing the gift card, waiting for it to arrive, retrieving the code, and then inputting it at checkout rather than quickly paying by credit card, which I already have on hand. I'd be motivated to buy gift cards from TopCashBack if they have high cash back rates and arrive instantly.
