As you browse the category, you’ll notice everything is up to 50% off. You’ll also note the condition of each product. If it’s labeled certified, it means it looks and performs like new. It’s been refurbished to meet the specifications of the manufacturer or an approved vendor. If it’s labeled good, very good or excellent, then the seller passed eBay’s strict performance requirements.
