Somewhat frustrating
Generally you have to submit a claim for this retailer. However if the claim is approved (which it generally is) then it goes payable pretty much at the same time. So you get paid, I think faster, than normal.

You may or may not receive cashback
I booked three hotels on the same day at the same rates. I only received cashback for two. Multiple broad reasons why cashback was denied and no assistance was offered on how to resolve. I will definitely use another cashback portal for travel cashback.

First Timer
First time using TopCashback and was expecting $60 for a completed Best Western stay. They've denied my cashback, with no legitimate reasons as all T&C were followed. Disappointed!

$0 Payable. What a joke!
So the status changed to "Payable" pretty quickly after our stay (which was non-refundable paid upon reservation - NOT paid with points or anything) but the amount of cash back shown is $0. What a waste of time using "Top"Cashback is!
Also, I'm being forced to give at least one star otherwise, it would be 0.

Doesn’t payout, you have to appeal
I’ve used BW several times and they don’t automatically payout, and sometimes don’t tract properly. You have to take a screen shot to prove your discount just in case it doesn’t track. Then you have to wait the required days to allow it to track. Even though it won’t. Then you have to appeal to TCB and wait several months for them to get ahold of BW and get bsck to you. I’ve only had issues with BW, never any other retailers. However, they do respond and I’ve always gotten my cash back. It’s just a pain to go thru and can take up to 5 months to get my money.

Never shows more than 0.00
It's useless to track Best Western and most of the other hotels as they can take literally years to show up and most of them track to 0.00. I rarely use topcashback because it is mostly useless.

I’ve stayed twice at BW and never received anything over 6 months +. I’m assuming they don’t give out payments at all. They should not be on top cash back. They should be taken off the site. Everything else I received points for except BW.

I'm not very happy with this business. We've given them a lot of business in the past two years. We shouldn't have to wait this long. I'm not sure what to do. Should I write to the business and ask about it? What's to say that my inquiry makes it to the person? Any advice for me?
