	Uses Excuses to Claim Purchase Isn't Eligible for Cashback Claims to give cashback for a simple online purchase as long as no other coupons were used. Took 6+ months to get response from them. They claim my purchase of a laptop does not count as eligible for cashback. Note that upon initial purchase this was never stated. I don't know how one would ever receive cashback from this retailer when they can just decide whether your purchase qualifies or not. Checking back almost a year later, now they post an entire paragraph of restrictions on this website. Don't waste your time with them.

	Terrible- do not use them They always deny my Cashback, even when I've done everything perfectly. One time I even used their own promo that was advertised in Top Cashback for the EXACT Product they listed and it took 3 months and they denied the claim with no reason. Total scam. REMOVE THEM FROM TOP CASHBACK

	Declines cash back for ps5 purchased Play station 5 last December. they declined the cash back saying gaming console nowt eligible for cashback. I should have bought it from Walmart never had an issue with them. Best Buy going down hill very disappointed.

	Was denied my cashback despite buying a relevant item. Bought a modular PSU for my computer and expected cashback for my purchase. TopCashBack claimed that BestBuy denied my purchase but according to BestBuy's fine print: "Please note: Only the following categories are eligible for cash back: - Computer Accessories, Hard Drives & Storage Devices, Computer Networking...." I guess a PSU isn't considered a PC accessory. What a joke.

	They delivered tv damaged. Then spent days on the phone trying to get replacement. They botched the exchange and processed as a return. I finally got a different tv, 3" smaller but a better brand for the same price. But still didn't get my cash back since return exchange happened over the phone, I couldn't go through cashback for the subsequent replacement tv.

	Purchase would not track for months and show as pending. Best Buy has opaque cash back policies and has not awarded 95% of my shopping trip.
