Bed Bath and Beyond was easy to work with, I have no complaints about them. Topcashback needs to do a better job communicating, as a new customer to them it was not as smooth as it should have been, having to enter a support ticket because the tracking didn't work right.

Bad service, shipped the wrong item and we shipped it back, they sold out of the item we wanted but never contacted us. Took over a month to get our money back and 3 calls to them. Only one customer service rep was willing to help us. I do not recommend buying from them.
