No refund for Amazon Fire TV
I recently purchased an Amazon Fire TV, expecting to receive 8% cash back through TopCashBack. Unfortunately, the cash back never appeared. I attempted to file a missing cash back request, but discovered that it’s not possible for Amazon purchases.
I contacted both TopCashBack and Amazon for assistance. Each company referred me to the other, leading to a frustrating loop with no resolution. The response from TopCashBack was particularly disappointing, as their representative replied with a generic message that clearly did not address my specific concern.
This experience has been incredibly disappointing and feels like a scam. I regret trusting the cash back offer and would caution others to be wary of similar promises.

Hit or Miss - Sometimes you get your cash back other times you dont. And I've been told its because of there was a chance I clicked out of the site or used the app, so I'm very cautions of how I use Amazon, and I'm still short 3 shopping "trips" where I should have pending cash back.
