Please keep in mind, points can only be earned if the PointsMAX member is the lead guest at the lodging. You cannot earn benefits by booking for someone else. PointsMAX rates may differ from standard booking, and only rewards and miles can be accrued.

If you need to change your points, you must cancel and then re-book your reservation. Customer service cannot troubleshoot this for you. You must also remember that the Agoda price guarantee does not apply to this program, and you cannot exchange your rewards points for cash.
